  Thrive is an amazing, life changing programme delivered by the most inspirational, passionate, empathic consultant Stephen Chan. I completed the Thrive Programme in six weeks and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. I suffered from depression, anxiety and an eating disorder and spent the last twenty years of my life in and out of Therapy to no avail. I was intrigued when I read about the Thrive Programme in a newspaper article and made an appointment to see Stephen. To be honest I was initially slightly sceptical but after that first session I just knew this programme was for me. Stephen taught me things I never knew about myself and errors in my thinking I wasn't even aware of. The most empowering thing I learnt was that I was in control of my thoughts, feelings and reactions. Stephen and the Thrive Programme have changed my world, I no longer find life a constant battle and am able to get up each morning with a smile on my face.
